It is a premium Shear Stable Silicone Softener imparts very soft handle while virtually maintaining the original substrate whiteness & hydrophilicity. It maintains natural absorbency of cellulosic substrates & their blends with synthetics .The hydrophilic properties imparted show practically no change with aging or extreme drying conditions.
